L1 Support Engineer

3–4 year experience in a global technical production support role. Should have basic Python knowledge. – Good analytical and logical thinking skills. – Should have a strong troubleshooting attitude, with extremely good listening skills. – Willing to work in shift hours. – Previous knowledge/experience of working on RPA tools would be very handy. – Having knowledge of Unix is an added advantage. – Understanding on SQL (scripting and troubleshooting ) would be an extra mile.
